Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy
1. Technologies in scope
The public legal pages are available without signing in and do not load analytics or marketing scripts. Cloudflare handles technical requests, content delivery, security and aggregate traffic statistics. Other pages of the company website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and performance. The mobile app uses device storage for authentication tokens, session continuity, language and notification preferences. If third-party sign-in is introduced later, the provider’s own sign-in pages may use its cookies.
2. Categories and choices
Necessary functions: delivery, security and, inside the app, authentication and saved preferences. Technical statistics: Cloudflare request and performance information used to operate the website. Optional marketing: advertising attribution or behavioural targeting would be a separate future activity, with its own disclosure and legally required choices. The presence of Cloudflare traffic statistics does not mean marketing tracking is enabled.
3. Controls
You can manage browser cookies, device storage and notification permissions through your browser or operating-system settings. Removing necessary app storage may sign you out or reset preferences. If we introduce optional technology requiring consent, you will be able to refuse or withdraw that consent without losing unrelated core functions. No app consent panel is implied where a particular optional technology is not offered.
4. Third-party websites and emails
External websites linked from TrueLove and any later authentication provider use their own technology under their policies. Current verification and password-reset emails contain a one-time code for the requested account action; they do not authorise advertising profiles. We will explain any future email tracking or marketing service separately.
5. Register and updates
If a material technology or purpose changes, we will explain the provider, information involved, purpose, relevant storage or retention and available choices in the applicable notice. The description will reflect the app or page you use. Questions: support@shantechsolutions.com.
