Delete your account
You can request deletion of your TrueLove account and associated data without reinstalling or signing in to the app.
Request account deletion by email- In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account. Confirm your password and the deletion request.
- Without the app: email support@shantechsolutions.com from the email address registered to your TrueLove account. Use the subject “TrueLove account deletion request”.
- Include your registered email and, if helpful, your display name. If you no longer control that email, tell us so we can arrange proportionate ownership checks. Never send your password, verification code, full card number or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.
The deletion process removes your profile from discovery and removes account-associated authentication, profile, avatar and interaction records that are no longer needed. Limited safety, fraud, legal or accounting evidence may be retained where justified. Historical backups and provider logs can expire separately. We will explain any necessary retention and expected timing when handling your request.
An email button opens your email application; your request is submitted only when you send the email. We may verify account ownership before deletion. For details, read the Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy.
