Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds Policy

Activation: This policy is a prepared future module. It applies to a transaction only when TrueLove begins selling the specific product and displays this policy and full checkout disclosures. The initial release may be entirely free. No current fee, plan, trial or discount is promised.

1. What might be sold

Future products may include recurring Premium memberships and one-time digital add-ons (such as a profile boost). Features, availability, limits, taxes, eligible devices, duration and total price must be disclosed on the actual paywall before you authorise purchase. Premium does not guarantee reciprocal interest, contact, dates or relationships. Recurring subscriptions must provide real ongoing value rather than merely repackaging a one-time item.

2. Payment route depends on storefront

For any later sale of digital benefits inside the Australian iOS app, our planned route is Apple In-App Purchase; for the Google Play app it is Google Play Billing. A different permitted route would be assessed and disclosed separately before introduction. The free first release offers no checkout or separate website card-payment channel. Apple Pay is not the same as Apple In-App Purchase. Payment authentication, including face or fingerprint confirmation where supported, is controlled by the store and device; no particular authentication gesture is guaranteed.

3. Billing and RevenueCat

RevenueCat is the selected service for later management of supported Apple/Google subscriptions and entitlement verification. The free release does not offer new paid purchases. Where a previously created subscription or test record exists, necessary reconciliation and deletion processing may continue; test records do not authorise real charges or automatically grant production benefits. The purchase channel displayed at a future checkout collects payment under its terms. We do not claim that all providers process data only in Australia.

4. Automatic renewal and clear disclosure

Before you buy, we will show the total recurring price and currency, tax treatment, exact charge interval, introductory price or trial conditions, minimum commitment if any, renewal timing, how to cancel, and which core functions remain free. A one-off purchase will not be disguised as a subscription. Price or material entitlement changes will follow applicable notice and consent requirements.

5. Free trials and promotions

If offered, the trial length, eligibility, conversion date and post-trial price will be displayed before confirmation. Any minimum cancellation deadline will be the one shown for your actual purchase route, not an invented universal rule. Trial eligibility and promotional limits will be applied fairly and disclosed where material.

6. Cancelling and restoring purchases

If a subscription is introduced, cancel through the provider used to buy it, such as App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting a TrueLove account does not itself cancel an independently held recurring-payment instruction. We will provide restoration of eligible store purchases where supported. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal; the end of access depends on the plan and applicable law. No cancellation is needed for use of the free release itself.

7. Refunds, faults and Australian Consumer Law

A store or payment platform may operate the technical refund workflow, but platform rules never remove rights that Australian consumers cannot lawfully waive. We will not impose an extra TrueLove refund-processing fee. Refund decisions consider service failures, misrepresentation, unauthorised transactions and other applicable rights, not merely a categorical 'no refunds' statement. Contact support@shantechsolutions.com with a transaction reference (never send a full card number).

8. Account bans, chargebacks and disputes

A safety restriction does not automatically extinguish valid consumer guarantees. We may pause disputed entitlements to prevent fraud and cooperate in chargeback processes, taking care not to create duplicate refunds. An expired or refunded membership must not remain active merely because a client-side flag was not refreshed; final access controls will be enforced server-side.

9. Updates and launch control

The actual launch date, payment provider list, product list and prices must be reviewed and published together in all three languages before anyone is charged. Storefront and jurisdiction rules may change; checkout disclosures govern specific transaction details subject to mandatory law.
