Child Safety Standards

Adults only

TrueLove (金玉良缘) is operated by SHAN QUANTUM TECH PTY LTD for adults aged 18 and over. Date of birth is required at registration. We restrict suspected under-age accounts while assessing concerns; a profile photo does not establish a person's age or identity.

No child sexual abuse or exploitation

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking and any conduct that sexualises or endangers a child. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including computer-generated depictions, is prohibited. Do not upload, request, send, promote or distribute such material.

Report and block

Use Report on a profile or in a chat and provide the relevant account or message details. You can also block the account. Do not download, forward or email suspected CSAM as evidence. For urgent child-safety concerns, email support@shantechsolutions.com with the subject “Child safety”.

Our response

We prioritise credible child-safety concerns, remove CSAM when we become aware of it, and take proportionate action such as restricting access, suspending or closing an account. We preserve only necessary evidence lawfully, restrict access to it, and report to competent authorities where required by applicable Australian law. We may act immediately to protect a child while a concern is assessed. We do not promise continuous staffing or a fixed 24-hour response.

Child-safety contact and external help

Our child-safety contact route is support@shantechsolutions.com, subject “Child safety”. In immediate danger in Australia, call 000. You can also report suspected online child exploitation to the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation at accce.gov.au/report. These standards apply alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
